Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with our lashes, so if you are not satisfied with our lashes, we will give you a refund within 30 days of purchase for lashes that have not been worn. All that we ask is lashes cannot be tried on because it is considered an hygienic item and please return them in the original packaging along with the invoice/packing slip.  
We are sorry, we do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items. All sales are final

*We suggest you insure and get a tracking number, we cannot be responsible for lost packages.
How do I make an exchange?
If for any reason you would like to make an exchange, we ask that you return your item and re-order a new item.
When will I receive my refund?
We will process your refund immediately upon receipt of your return item. We will credit back to the original method of payment. It usually takes 3-7 days for it to appear back into your account.
